What is Guided Journaling?

Guided journaling is a structured strategy that promotes self-reflection and ​personal growth. It provides an intentional and safe atmosphere for ​reflecting on life experiences, assessing what you have accomplished, and ​taking action to create positive change. Guided journaling allows you to gain ​insight, explore ideas, and form meaningful relationships and support with ​people, yourself, and the world.


Unlike free-form journaling, which encourages you to write about anything ​that enters your mind, this guided notebook and its sessions contain ​prompts relating to specific aspects of your life, such as emotional triggers, ​childhood memories, self-care, and much more. These prompts help you ​focus your thoughts and encourage frequent journaling, which can lead to ​improved peace of mind, physical wellness, and emotional well-being.

  • Group sessions are designed for individuals who would like to move through the journaling process with others. Each group session has a different theme.   • One-on-one Sessions are for individuals who prefer more privacy throughout their healing journey. The sessions are designed to give more privacy and more flexibility on the length of time you would like to spend working through a particular topic. We focus on creating a trusting and safe space to share, write, and discuss.
