What is Self-Care Coaching?

Guided journaling is a structured strategy that promotes self-reflection and personal growth. It provides an intentional and safe atmosphere for reflecting on life experiences, assessing what you have accomplished, and taking action to create positive change. Guided journaling allows you to gain insight, explore ideas, and form meaningful relationships and support with people, yourself, and the world.
